Shipping policy

Order Processing & Delivery
Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days of placement.
We ship to locations within the continental U.S. via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not process or ship products on weekends or major holidays observed by USPS/UPS.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The applicable California sales tax will be applied to items shipping within California unless a resale certificate number has been provided.

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that if you decide to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping fee and a 25% restock fee. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional shipping charge.

Damaged Shipment
Please contact the delivery company immediately if your package arrives damaged during shipping -before opening the packaging. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
